A comprehensive Visitor Management System that is in compliance with the new Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines issued by the PDPC.
The visitor can self-register on the portal and a mobile number is all that is required to create a visitor record. As such, we do not worry about personal data leaks as we do not collect them but we can still trace an individual when there is a need to as mobile numbers are strictly tagged to an individual in Singapore. However, if there is a need by any building management to require the collection of NRIC details ,it can be configured accordingly and the NRIC numbers will always be masked and securely encrypted which complies to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Visitor Management System (VMS) strives to adhere to PDPA requirements as closely as possible, especially with regards to the newly instigated privacy act involving collection of NRIC and any form of national identification numbers. Throughout the entirety of our system, there will never be a full personal identification number displayed and these identifiers will be carefully transmitted and stored through the use of industry-accepted, strong encryption mechanisms.

Self-Registration

QR Code Generation
A SMS is generated and sent via a link to the visitor's mobile number. By clicking on the SMS, a QR code is generated. Note that no NRIC is required.

Check-in
The visitor uses the QR code to check in to the premise. On premise, an OTP is generated to verify the identity of the visitor.

Generate comprehensive visitation reports categorised by ID or Date. In-built incident reporting mechanism that can address any level of severity and in the rare times where there is a critically classed incident report to be filed

Attractive, Modern Interface
The live data of the visitors are displayed on this attractive, modern interface that is extremely user-friendly at the same time. The user can execute all actions on the Veasy Visitor Management dashboard. Most importantly, no NRIC number is revealed here, hence PDPA compliant.
